Appellant was convicted of aggravated robbery in Arapahoe County. He was granted bond pending appeal in the amount of $10,000 and left Colorado. He was arrested on May 14, 1982, as a fugitive in Wilkinson County, Mississippi, pursuant to an arrest warrant from the State of Colorado. He objected to extradition and a hearing was held on July 27, 1982. Appellant invoked his Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination and refused to answer questions at the hearing. He was ordered extradited. He remained in custody in the Wilkinson County jail until August 5, 1982, when he was returned to Arapahoe County, Colorado.
